It houses the meeting place of both houses of the States General of the Netherlands, as well as the Ministry of General Affairs and the office of the Prime Minister of the Netherlands. De Passage in The Hague is the oldest existing shopping center in the Netherlands. It was put into use in 1885 by the N.V. 's-Gravenhaagsche Passage Maatschappij. Entering the building is not part of this tour.
