Fine breakfast for a good rate as compared to other places in town. Good size bedroom in nice location, kind staff.

The hotel is located on a quiet street. Our room has a balcony, the balcony overlooked a quiet courtyard. The bathroom was clean. towels were changed every day. The bathroom has a small hairdryer, hand soap and shower gel.

The host was very polite and positive, we were able to check in immediately upon arrival and they served us a nice omelette and a toast but unfortunately this is the only positive thing about our stay.

Inexpensive inn with nice breakfast and staff, in safe neighborhood that is walkable to the center and fairly near a metro stop. Compact room shares a clean bathroom but has its own hairdryer, sink, frig and microwave.

The owner Marco is a very friendly, polite and helpful man. You feel at ease with him from the first moment. He told me where to park my car, where I could grab some tasty food etc. The hotel is very clean., the bed is very comfortable, it took me only a couple of minutes to get asleep. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast is good. This hotel is situated in a very quiet street, so you don't have any noise from outside. I enjoyed staying here very much.

This was a cute little boutique hotel. There were steps, but even though I have a cane they were manageable. Marco the host was exceptional! Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Property had a beautiful backyard. Green parrots were a highlight.

It was charming. The decor, the room layout, the dining area-perfection. Best shower of my stay in the Netherlands. The host was wonderful and made every effort to accommodate me. Close to the tram.

A small, slightly funky hotel shoehorned into a terraced house, about 25 minutes’ walk from Rotterdam Centraal. I had a narrow, single room with a lived-in feel and some quirky decor details, slightly the worse for wear but with a comfortable bed. I arrived after 11 pm, so I received instructions as to how to locate the key and get in. Very nice breakfast, cheerfully served.

The host Marco was very friendly, the room I stayed in had an en-suite bathroom and was very cozy and you could tell the owner had a great sense of style. I'll choose this place again next time I come.

Beautiful room, friendly staff, and great breakfast! What else do you need? Location is perfect, it is not far from the center! Rotterdam is a busy town, but strangely enough we had no issues parking the car around the hotel. When we visit Rotterdam again this hotel we be on the top of our list!

Everything went very well at this accommodation. Marco was a very friendly host, always with a smile and willing to make us feel comfortable. The room was cleaned every day and the variety of breakfast options was also very satisfactory

The hotel is very centrally located. Everything is clean and the owner is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions or concerns. Hear prepares the breakfast by himself and thererfore everything is made really fresh. As the hotel is on a side street, all the rooms are very quiet and there are no noise problems. If someone finds loud footsteps disturbing, then that is their personal problem. The room was big and spacious. Plenty of room to sit down and stretch out my legs. There was also a small balcony. In the summer I would have used it immediately.
